Contracts
We require a signed contract before services are rendered. The contract will outline the services that will be provided by Colvas and the expectations of each of the parties.

 

Invoicing
All invoices will be sent by e-mail with an attached time tracking form. Postage, shipping costs, faxing fees, printing, etc. will also be detailed on the invoice.

 

Retainer Plan
We offer a monthly retainer plan of 10,25 & 50 hours.

Pay As You Go Hourly Plan
Work performed under this plan is billed at an hourly rate.

 

Rush Projects
Projects that must be completed on weekends and holidays are subject to an additional fee. Contact us for more details.

 Virtual Assistant Rates

Our rates are extremely straightforward. All administrative virtual assistant projects are billed on an hourly basis in 15 minute increments. Our standard hourly rate is $30 per hour.

We also offer our services on retainer at discounted rates. These are prepaid packages. The hours are
non-refundable, but they can be used for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Bronze Package - 10 hours of virtual assistant work for $270, a 10% discount.
  • Silver Package - 25 hours of virtual assistant work for $600, a 20% discount.
  • Gold Package - 50 hours of virtual assistant work for $1,050, a 30% discount.
